  • Backed by a 1 year warranty against tears and defects.
  • Ethos Pro Undergrips are the ONLY undergrips certified as biomechanically sound.
  • Swing with more confidence on the court as the Pro Undergrip greatly reduces vibration which has been shown in studies to increase accuracy in racquet sports by as much as 40%.
  • Premium, non-toxic materials are used exclusively in the Pro Undergrip. Our cost is four times that of many competitors who mix in many cheap & potentially toxic materials to their silicon which reduces performance.
  • The only Undergrip designed to support a proper grip - supports continental, eastern, semi-western, and western comfortably and securely.

"...the Ethos Pro Undergrip is not a flashy gimmick or a quick fix for bad technique. It is an example of a smart, research-supported ergonomic adaptation. In occupational therapy, we constantly use the principle of modifying tools to protect the user rather than expecting the user to adapt endlessly. That principle applies here. It lets the player do more with less strain, less co-contraction of opposing muscle groups, and less wasted energy. Coombes and colleagues have shown for years that tailored ergonomic solutions are critical in managing overuse injuries in racquet sports, and this fits that mold perfectly."

SPECIFICATIONS

  1. LENGTH: Six inch length can be trimmed to fit your paddle.
  2. WEIGHT: 23 grams at full length. Paddles are often weighted in the handle to improve performance.
  3. CIRCUMFERENCE: 1.2mm in the thinnest part (where your fingers make contact) and 2.95mm on the ridges. A standard paddle factory grip is usually 2mm thick. With a thinner overgrip, there should be very little increase to the overall grip circumference where you hold the handle.

INSTALLATION

  1. Plastic strips are provided to help slide on the grip but the simplest and perhaps easiest way to install is to wet the handle and inside of the grip with water or isopropyl alcohol and slide on.
  2. Try to move a small amount at a time. Pulling extremely hard can tear the grip.
